To make a booking, please follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Check availability
Email bookings@bentleycopse.org.uk or call 01483 202424 to check availability. While we can usually accommodate DofE groups throughout the year we have events running on May 8/9/10, July 13/15/15, Sept 18/19/20 and Sept 20/21 which prevent us accommodating expeditions.

Step 1 : Complete a booking form
Complete the booking form below. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.

Step 2 : Receive your confirmation email
Booking requests are usually processed within two working days, but can take longer depending on the time of year and staffing levels. Do email bookings@bentleycopse.org.uk or call 01483 202424 if your booking is urgent.

Step 3 : Pay your deposit invoice
A 25% minimum deposit is required to secure all bookings. This must be paid within four weeks of it being issued. BACS payment details are included on all invoices.  Other payment methods are available on request. Bookings made within four weeks of the arrival date will be invoiced for the full value.

Step 4 : Confirm your numbers before arrival
If your estimated numbers change before arrival, please follow our terms and conditions and inform us of changes at the earliest opportunity.

Step 5 : Enjoy your visit to Bentley Copse

Step 6 : Receive your balance invoice after departure

You will be invoiced for the remaining balance after you depart. This must be paid within four weeks of issue.
