Participant spaces are available to Scout Section and Guides only

Cost per participant is £58
Leaders and Young Leaders don’t participate in activities and there is therefore no charge for them.

Spaces Are Limited
Completing this booking form commits you to booking the number of spaces requested. We may have flexibility to make modest increases to your numbers – but there is no provision to lower your numbers.
If we are unable to allocate you the requested number of spaces we will hold a wait list to allocate spaces if they subsequently become available.
Bentley Copse will invoice a £100 deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits must be settled by 16th October.
The balance must be paid be paid by December 11th.
Non payment of either the deposit or the balance will result in your spaces being returned to the availability pool and offered to groups on the waiting list.

Important Notes

• All groups attending must operate under the rules of their organisation (e.g. Nights Away Permit Scheme / Going Away With Scheme).
• All Young Leaders must have completed Module A of their training to attend and they must also be covered by an attending leader’s Nights Away Notification (i.e. we can’t provide NAN cover ourselves as Bentley).
• Young Leaders who join our Junior Event Support Team may be provided opportunities to participate in activities (EG night time Zip Line) during the event.
• All attendees must provide their own accommodation and catering.
• We will be taking photographs of participants and leaders at this event for publicity, including for use on our website and social media. If someone in your group does not wish to be photographed please inform us in advance of the event.
